Recipe Ingredients

¾ cup Smart Balance® Rich Roast Creamy Peanut Butter and Omega-3 from Flax Oil
¼ cup Smart Balance® Rich Roast Chunky Peanut Butter and Omega-3 from Flax Oil
¾ cup sugar
1 large egg
3 tbsp reduced sugar fruit preserves or jelly

Recipe Steps

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Combine peanut butters, sugar and egg and beat until smooth.

Take ½ tablespoon of dough, roll it into a ball and place on a baking sheet.

Create an indent in the center of the dough with your thumb.

Place a small amount of preserves in the center of the cookie and repeat with the remaining batter.

Bake 25 minutes.
