Recipe Ingredients

6 ripe peaches, sliced thin and then halved
1 tbsp amaretto liquor
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp ginger
1 cup oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch nutmeg
Pinch salt
1 Stick of Smart Balance® Blended Butter, cubed

Recipe Steps

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a glass pie pan with cooking spray. Add the peaches, amaretto, sugar and ginger and stir well.

In a mixing bowl, add the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and stir well.

With a fork or by hand, stir in the butter until the mixture is crumbly. Add to the top of the peach mixture and pat it down gently.

Bake for 35 minutes until slightly browned and bubbling.
