Recipe Ingredients

2 acorn squash, cut in half, seeds and fibers removed
2 tbsp Smart Balance® Blended Butter Sticks
2 tbsp honey
dash of ground cinnamon
dash of ground nutmeg

Recipe Steps

Preheat oven to 350°.

Rub 1/2 tbsp of butter on each side of the squash. Drizzle with honey and season with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Place in a baking dish and add 1/4 cup water to the bottom of the pan. Cover with foil and bake 50 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
