2 tbsp Smart Balance® Blended Butter Sticks
1 cup diced carrot
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup diced celery
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
6 cups fat-free, low-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 cups (3 oz) uncooked yolkless egg noodles
1 bay leaf
2 cups shredded turkey (about 8 oz)

Recipe Steps

Heat Smart Balance® Blended Butter Sticks in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.

When melted, add carrot, onion, celery and garlic; sauté 6 to 7 minutes or until onion is lightly browned. Add chicken broth, parsley, noodles and bay leaf and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Add shredded cooked turkey; cook 3 minutes.
