Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lb flank steak
1 tbsp Smart Balance® Cooking Oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 tsp kosher salt
fresh cracked pepper, to taste
Smart Balance® Non-stick Cooking Spray

 

For the Gorgonzola butter:
3 tbsp Smart Balance® Butter & Canola Oil Blend
3 tbsp crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

Recipe Steps

Make the Gorgonzola butter by combining Smart Balance® Butter & Canola Oil Blend and cheese. Set aside in a ramekin.

Rub the Smart Balance® Cooking Oil and crushed garlic over the meat, season with salt and pepper and set aside 5 to 10 minutes.

Heat a grill on high heat & spray with Smart Balance® Non-stick Cooking Spray. Grill steak on high heat, 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until cooked to desired degree. Let the meat stand five minutes before slicing. Cut beef into thin slices across the grain and serve with Gorgonzola butter.
