1 tbsp Smart Balance® Natural Dark Chocolate Creamy Peanut Butter Spread
1 cup spinach
1 cup nondairy or organic milk (skim, almond, soy, etc.)
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup ice

Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth and spinach is incorporated.
