Recipe Ingredients

1 cup Smart Balance® Buttery Spread Original
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
3 3/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Steps

Cream together Smart Balance® Buttery Spread Original and sugar.


Add 3 eggs and blend well.


Sift together the flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar.


Add the flour mixture gradually to the creamed mixture.


Add vanilla and chill dough thoroughly.


Roll out and cut with cookie cutters.


Decorate with sprinkles & candies as desired.


Place on ungreased cookie sheets.


Bake 6 to 8 minutes at 325°F.
