Recipe Ingredients

1 cup Smart Balance® Natural Dark Chocolate Chunky Peanut Butter Spread
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg

Recipe Steps

Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a cookie sheet with silicone mats.

Combine Smart Balance® Natural Dark Chocolate Chunky Peanut Butter Spread, cocoa powder, sugar and egg in a medium bowl and beat until smooth.

Place the dough, by the 1/2 tablespoons, on a baking sheet. Use the back of a fork to press into the dough to slightly flatten and create crisscross marks.

Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until the cookies are golden.
