Recipe Ingredients

3 large boneless and skinless chicken breasts (ice glazed)
6 Small, round-shaped bread/buns of any kind
Smart Balance Omega Plus light mayonnaise dressing, spread a thin layer over entire top of each bread piece
2 tablespoons Smart Balance 50/50 Butter Blend original
1/3 cup Smart Balance Omega Oil
½ teaspoon of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley (dried), mix all these spices together and place in a shaker container
Two large tomatoes, sliced
Fresh dill, about 6 to 8 sprigs

Recipe Steps

Heat oil and butter on medium heat.

Place chicken breasts in skillet and cover with lid.

Once the chicken starts cooking, turn heat down to medium-low.

When the chicken is lightly brown on side, turn and then season the chicken with the dried spices. When that side is done turn again and season the other side. Cook chicken until completely done.

Place cooked chicken on a cutting board and slice thin slices

Next, put prepared buns/bread in the oven on broil and brown tops

Place chicken slices on toasted bread

Place two slices of tomatoes on each plate along with a sprig of fresh dill

Serve with kosher salt and a type of Dijon mustard
