Recipe Ingredients

2 tsp Smart Balance Stick
2 uncooked chicken breasts, diced
Tsp salt
½ Tsp pepper
Tsp Garlic Powder
¼ cup of hot sauce
1 cup romaine lettuce
4 whole wheat wraps
1 cup blue cheese dressing

Recipe Steps

1- Melt 1 tsp of Smart Balance in nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
2- Add chicken, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
3- Saute until no longer pink inside, about 10 minutes.
4- Remove from heat and add remaining tsp of Smart Balance and hot sauce, stirring until well blended.
5- Warm wraps in microwave for 10 seconds.
6- Divide lettuce, chicken and dressing to fill the wraps.
7- Serve with additional dressing, celery and carrots if desired.
