Recipe Ingredients

3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
3 eggs, beaten
¾ cup Smart Balance Omega Oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¾ cup milk
4 large ripe bananas , mashed
1 cup Powdered Sugar
3 tablespoons Maple Syrup

Recipe Steps

1- Butter and flour bundt pan. Preheat oven to 350.


2- In a mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugars, baking soda, and salt.


3- Add the eggs, oil, vanilla and milk and stir by hand just until ingredients are moistened.


4- Stir in the banana.


5- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 70 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted comes clean.


6- Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, and then transfer to a serving plate. Cool completely.


7- To make frosting, stir together the powdered sugar and maple syrup, adding water to get desired consistency.


8- Drizzle all over cake. Eat. Yum!!
