Recipe Ingredients

1 cup Smart Balance Original Buttery Spread
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
1 cup coarsely chopped white chocato

Recipe Steps

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

In a large bowl, mix together butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Once smooth, beat in eggs (one at a time) then stir in the vanilla and almond extracts.

Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Then gradually stir into the sugar mixture. Mix in the macadamia nuts and white chocolate.

Use a spoon to place dough on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 13 minutes in the preheated over, or until golden brown.
