Recipe Ingredients

1 bunch asparagus
1 tbsp Smart Balance Omega-3 Buttery Sticks
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
8 oz light cream cheese
8 oz light sour cream
¼ cup grated romano cheese
½ cup light shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
2-4 drops hot sauce
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp fresh thyme

Recipe Steps

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Slice the bunch of asparagus into thin rounds, discarding the tough ends.

Sauté over medium high heat with the Smart Balance butter, salt and pepper until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and remove from the heat.

In a mixing bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. Add in the asparagus mixture.
