Recipe Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
4 hamburger buns
1 c. fresh spinach
1 tablespoon chopped red onion
1 large apple, sliced
4 tablespoons light honey mustard dressing

Recipe Steps

Shape ground turkey into four even patties. Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat grill to high and place turkey burgers on the grill. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side, until burger is cooked through.

While burgers are grilling, combine spinach and red onion in a small bowl. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill hamburger buns for 1 minute to toast then spread with honey mustard.

Assemble burgers by placing burgers on hamburger buns and topping with sliced apples and spinach mixture.
