Smart Balance® Non-Stick Cooking Spray - Original
1 1/2 cup Fresh blueberries
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup almonds
1 tsp water
1/4 cup rolled oats
4 tsp ground flaxseed
1/4 tsp stevia brown sugar blend
1/4 tsp honey
1 tbsp Smart Balance® Original Buttery Spread, melted
Preheat oven to 350°F, and spray a 4x4 dish with cooking spray.
Blend 1 tablespoon of water with 1/2 cup of the blueberries, just until blended, for about 5 to 10 seconds.
In a small bowl, mix a 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch into the blended blueberries.
Add the remaining 1 cup of blueberries in the small bowl.
Pour blueberry mixture into the dish.
Chop almonds into very small pieces.
In another small bowl, create the crisp by combining the rolled oats, chopped almonds, ground flaxseed, stevia brown sugar blend, honey and melted buttery spread.
Top the blueberries with the crisp.
Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
