8 oz high fiber elbow macaroni
2 tbsp Smart Balance® Blended Butter Sticks
2 tbsp flour
pinch black pepper
2 1/4 cups Smart Balance® Fat Free Milk and Omega-3s
6 oz reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Meanwhile: As water boils, in medium saucepan melt Smart Balance® Blended Butter Sticks over medium heat; stir in flour and pepper, and cook on low 3-4 minutes.
Slowly add Smart Balance® Fat Free Milk and Omega-3s, increase heat to medium and whisk well until it comes to a boil. When the milk is boiling, remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
Drain macaroni and add to the cheese sauce. Stir to coat.
