1 cup jasmine rice, rinsed
6 cups Smart Balance® HeartRight® Fat Free Milk
1 can sweetened fat-free condensed milk
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp apple pie spice
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 tbsp honey
In a large pot, combine all the ingredients. Mix well, and bring to boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 25 to 30 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and carefully transfer to serving bowls.
Allow to cool, and cover with plastic wrap before refrigerating.
