1 (8 oz) bar of fat free cream cheese, softened
5 tbsp Smart Balance® Light Mayonnaise Dressing
2 tbsp Smart Balance® Fat Free Milk and Omega-3s
8 oz cooked shrimp, chopped
2 tbsp horseradish
1 tsp wasabi paste (prepared in tube)
dash of hot sauce
1/3 cup scallions, diced
Combine cream cheese, Smart Balance® Light Mayonnaise Dressing, and Smart Balance® Fat Free Milk and Omega-3s until blended. Mix in remaining ingredients. Garnish with scallions.
Refrigerate for 1 hour prior to serving. Serve with crackers or endive.
