Recipe Ingredients
1 lb broccoli head, cut or broken into florets
1 onion sliced
2-second spritz Smart Balance® Omega Non-Stick Cooking Spray
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
1 pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
Recipe Steps
Preheat oven to broil.
Spray broccoli and onion with Smart Balance® Omega Non-Stick Cooking Spray. Place them on sheet pan and put in oven. Broil for 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Toss broccoli with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
