Recipe Ingredients
1 cup of Smart Balance Fat Free Milk and Calcium
¼ cup canned pumpkin
1 oz light cream cheese
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2 cups of crushed ice
Recipe Steps
Put all of the ingredients into a blender.
Blend until well mixed.
Top with light whipped cream and cinnamon, if desired.
