1/2 cup Smart Balance Fat Free Milk
1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 frozen ripe banana
1 tbsp Smart Balance Peanut Butter
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp ground flax seed
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until blended.
Note: If banana is not frozen, add 2 to 3 ice cubes before blending.
