2 tbsp Smart Balance® Cooking Oil
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 1/2 lbs grape tomatoes, cut in half salt and fresh pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh chopped basil
1/8 tsp red crushed pepper flakes
In a large nonstick pan, heat Smart Balance® Cooking Oil on high heat. Add garlic and cook until golden.
Add tomatoes, salt, crushed red pepper flakes and fresh black pepper, and reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
Add fresh basil and cook another 15 minutes.
Meanwhile while sauce is simmering, cook pasta according to package directions for al dente’. Serve sauce over pasta with grated Parmesan cheese on the side.
