Recipe Ingredients

1 tsp Smart Balance® Original Buttery Spread
2 lb frozen mixed berries
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 packets of instant flavored oatmeal (I used Cinnamon Spice)
1 stick of Smart Balance® Blended Butter Sticks

Recipe Steps

Preheat oven to 350

Grease a round glass pie pan with butter spread

Mix frozen fruit, sugar and lemon juice in a sauce pan and heat on medium until sugar is dissolved

Put fruit mixture in pie pan and top with the oatmeal packets

Melt the stick of butter in microwave for 30 seconds or until melted

Pour melted butter evenly on top of oatmeal fruit mixture

Bake for 45 minutes or until browned and bubbly
