Recipe Ingredients

2c Smart Balance® Blended Butter Sticks
4c Erythritol
10oz. Grandmas Unsulphured Molasses.
1&1/2 c Eggbeaters
2 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
3c Extra Thick Rolled Oats
1c Wheat Germ
1c Oat Bran Flour
2c Flax Seed Meal
4c Naturally White Flour
2c Chocolate Covered SunFlower Seeds
12oz. GHIRADELLI 60% Bittersweet chopped chocolate chips
2c crushed walnuts

Recipe Steps

Cream Smart Balance® Blended Butter Sticks, Molasses, Erythritol; add eggbeater & Vanilla; mix well then set aside.

I use a blender to Chop and mix Rolled Oats, Wheat Germ, Oat Bran Flour & Flax Seed Meal adding Baking Powder, Baking Soda & Salt until throughly mixed..

Add this Mixture to Crushed Walnuts & White Flour and Mix Well with Butter Mix.

Add Sunflower Seeds & Chocolate Chips. Mix entire ingredients very well..

Spoon or Scoop onto ungreased Cookie Sheet(I use Parchment Paper)and Bake in 375 Degree Oven 10-12 Minutes to suit..
