1/2 cup Smart Balance® Rich Roast Chunky Peanut Butter
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup granola cereal
1/4 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
In a medium bowl, using a spoon, combine the Smart Balance® Rich Roast Peanut Butter and Omega-3 from Flax Oil Chunky, powdered sugar, and vanilla until well blended. Stir in the granola and chocolate chips, breaking up any large pieces of granola. Shape into a large ball, pinch off pieces and shape into 24 balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
Place the cracker crumbs in a shallow bowl and lightly coat the balls evenly, discarding any remaining crumbs. Place in individual candy liners. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
