No-bake? No problem! Make these delicious chocolate peanut butter treats right on your counter—no oven required.
2 1/2 tbsp unsalted light butter
1/2 cup cane sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
3/4 cup Smart Balance® Natural Dark Chocolate Creamy Peanut Butter Spread
2 cups rolled oats
Melt the butter over medium-low heat in a medium saucepan.
Stir in the sugar and applesauce, and mix until incorporated.
Add the peanut butter. Heat and stir until melted and fully combined. Remove pan from the heat and stir in the oats.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop heaping spoonfuls onto the sheet.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour or until firm.
Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
