1/2 cup Smart Balance Original Buttery Spread
1/2 cup Smart Balance Low-Fat Milk
2 cups Sugar
3/4 cup Cocoa
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Smart Balance Rich Roast Crunchy Peanut Butter
3 cups Old Fashioned Oats (uncooked)
1 cup Coconut
1 cup Pecan Halves
Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper or aluminum foil.
In medium saucepan, heat the Smart Balance Original Butter Spread and Low-Fat Milk until spread is completely melted.
Add sugar and cocoa. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat, then add salt and vanilla and mix well.
Add the Smart Balance Peanut Butter and thoroughly mix until all peanut butter melts.
Remove from heat and add oats, coconut and pecans.
Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet.
Chill and eat or you may eat them warm, too!
