White chocolate chunks plus a hint of refreshing lime zest

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup Smart Balance® Blended Butter Sticks
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1.5 teaspoons vanilla
1 egg
1 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
4 oz. white chocolate baking bars, cut into chunks
1 Tablespoon grated lime peel

Recipe Steps

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat Smart Balance® Blended Butter Stick, sugar, vanilla and egg in a large bowl with a spoon until well mixed. Stir in flours. Stir in white chocolate chunks and lime peel.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8-10 minutes or until set but not brown.

Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Enjoy!
