Recipe Ingredients
4 cups kale, washed, stem removed
Smart Balance® Omega Non-Stick Cooking Spray
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe Steps
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Lightly coat kale with cooking spray and toss with garlic.
Place kale on a baking sheet and cook in oven for 10 minutes, stirring every 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove kale and toss with balsamic, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately.
