Recipe Ingredients
2/3 cup confectioners’ sugar
2 Smart Balance® Omega-3 Buttery Sticks
3/4 cup ground blanched almonds
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
Recipe Steps
Cream confectioners’ sugar and Smart Balance® Omega-3 Buttery Sticks together in large bowl.
Slowly blend in ground almonds, then flour. Add vanilla and salt and mix well.
Pull off pieces of dough about the size of a walnut and shape into crescent moon shapes.
Bake 1 1/2 inches apart on lightly buttered pan(s) at 325°F about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Store tightly covered at room temp or freeze until serving.
