Recipe Ingredients

1 Smart Balance® Blended Butter Sticks
1 c. Smart Balance® Rich Roast Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 t. vanilla extract
1/8 t. salt
9 graham crackers, finely crushed
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
6 Hershey Hugs, optional

Recipe Steps

Melt Smart Balance® Rich Roast Creamy Peanut Butter and Smart Balance® Blended Butter Stick in small sauce pan over Medium-low heat. Stirring constant until mixed. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and salt. Add crushed graham crackers and powdered sugar, mix well.

Form into 1 inch balls, using approximately 1 T. of peanut butter mixture per ball. Refrigerate until firm or overnight in airtight container.

Melt chocolate chips in double boiler or use microwave method (30 second intervals) until smooth. Dip balls into melted chocolate and place on wax-paper lined cookie sheets and let sit in a cool room or refrigerate until chocolate hardens. Melt 6 Hershey's Hugs for 30 seconds in microwave safe cup, drizzle the lighter chocolate over tops of balls as an optional decoration.

Remove from sheet when set and store refrigerated in an airtight container until ready to serve.
