3 sweet potatoes
3 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread
1 tbsp honey
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Smart Balance Omega Cooking Spray
Cook the sweet potatoes in the oven or microwave until about ¾ finished.
Meanwhile, stir together in a bowl the Smart Balance Buttery Spread, honey and cinnamon. Put in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Slice the sweet potatoes in half and spray with the cooking spray.
Grill the sweet potatoes cut side down for about 5 minutes, until tender.
Top the sweet potatoes with the butter and serve.
