2 lbs baby carrots
1 ½ cup orange juice
3 tbsp pure maple syrup
½ cup water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Smart Balance® Blended Butter Sticks
Add the carrots, orange juice, maple syrup, water and salt to a large sauce pan.
Bring to a boil and cook over medium-high heat for about 30 minutes, until the liquid is almost gone and the carrots are tender.
Remove from heat and add the butter.
Makes 8 servings.
