Recipe Ingredients

6 McIntosh apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 tsp cinnamon
1 lemon, juiced
2 tbsp granulated sugar
Smart Balance® Omega Non-Stick Cooking Spray

For the Topping:
1/3 cup Smart Balance® Original Buttery Spread, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup Quaker quick oats
1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Steps

Preheat oven to 375° F. Spray casserole dish with Smart Balance® Omega Non-Stick Cooking Spray.

Mix apples, cinnamon, lemon and sugar in a bowl and transfer to casserole dish.

Mix all the topping ingredients together in a large bowl. Spoon over apples and bake at 375° F for 40 minutes.

Serve warm.
