Recipe Ingredients

4 cups of cooked chicken, diced (rottiserie chicken tastes great)
½ cup celery, diced
½ cup dried cranberries
1 cup Smart Balance Omega Plus Light Mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tbsp dill
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder

Recipe Steps

Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Stir well.

Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

Great served on wheat rolls or on top of your favorite salad!
