A yummy chocolate cookie rolled in confectioners sugar
2 cups flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/4 t baking soda
3/4 cup smart balance
3/4 brown sugar
2 squares unsweetened choc
1 t vanilla
1/4 cup milk
confectioner sugar to roll cookies in.
measure dry ingredients.
cream butter with brown sugar til light. beat in chocolate, egg, vanilla, mix well then add milk.
add dry ingredients and mix well
roll dough into balls and place 2 inches apart on un-greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 8 mins or until cracked.
Remove and roll in confectioner sugar
Repeat when cool.
Makes 2 dozen cookies (1 cookie per serving).
