oatmeal chocolate cookies
2 cups sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 cup milk -smart balance
1 cup peanut butter - smart balance
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 cups oatmeal
In a heavy saucepan bring to a boil, the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk
boil for 3 minutes
add vanilla peanut butter and oatmeal
scoop onto wax paper and let hardened and then cover in air tight container
Makes 3 dozen cookies / servings.
