If you can’t beat the heat, just make a Chocolate Fudge Pop with this recipe. Better yet, make four fudge pops and relax with your friends and loved ones. (Porch swing recommended.)
1 1/4 cups Smart Balance® Low Fat Milk and Omega-3s
1/4 cup raw sugar
2 tbsp chocolate chips
1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tbsp Smart Balance® Blended Butter Sticks
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 food-grade wooden sticks
Combine the first five ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat stirring frequently until the mixture thickens, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla, mix well and let it cool slightly, then pour into ice pop mold.
Place in the freezer until frozen before serving.
