A fun pancake everyone can love.
.5 cup chocolate chips
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch salt
1.25 cups milk
3 tablespoons SB buttery spread
Melt SB Buttery Spread in the microwave.
In a bowl, ,mix all dry ingredients (minus the chocolate chips). Add all the wet ingredients. Mix loosely, do not over stir or pancakes will be too firm. A few lumps is ok.
Gently mix in the chocolate chips. Feel free to add more if you want!
Heat a large non stick skillet or griddle to medium high heat. Using a ladle, pour the batter onto the griddle/skillet.
Let the pancakes sit for 3 min., or until the edges begin to tighten up.
Flip pancakes and let sit for another 2 minutes, or until bottoms are done.
Serve with your favorite syrup and SB buttery spread!
