2 tbsp Smart Balance® Cooking Oil
1/2 cup white popcorn kernels
3 tbsp Smart Balance® Blended Butter Sticks, melted
salt, to taste
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground chili powder
Heat Smart Balance® Cooking Oil in a large pot over medium-high heat; add 1 popcorn kernel to the hot oil. The oil is ready when the kernel pops.
Pour popcorn kernels into the hot oil; stir to coat.
Cover the pot and cook popcorn until all the kernels are popped, 3 to 4 minutes.
Place popcorn in a large bowl; drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with salt, garlic powder and chili powder.
Toss to coat evenly.
Makes 8 servings. 1 cup per serving.
