Recipe Ingredients

1/4 tsp Lime zest
1 tbs lime juice
chile powder and black pepper to taste
Smart Balance light buttery spread with flax room temperature

Recipe Steps

Husk and rinse the corn and set aside. Combine the zest, lime juice, chile powder and pepper together with the smart balance. Slather the smart balance mixture onto the corn cobs, wrap in foil and place on your grill turning every five minutes or so for 30 to 40 minutes or until corn in a nice golden yellow.
