1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
1/3 cup Smart Balance® Fat Free Milk and Omega-3s
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp Smart Balance® Butter and Canola Oil Blend
1 tbsp chives, minced
1 tbsp parsley, minced
Boil cauliflower in a large pot of water until soft. Drain and return to the pot. Add the milk, butter, salt, and pepper, and purée in a blender or with a blender stick. Mix in herbs and serve.
