Recipe Ingredients
For Chicken:
2 tbsp Smart Balance 50/50 Butter Blend Stick
2 chicken breasts, raw & diced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
For Dip:
8 oz light cream cheese
1 cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream
1/3 cup hot sauce
½ cup blue cheese crumbles
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
Recipe Steps
Melt butter in pan over medium high heat.
Add chicken, salt, pepper and garlic powder and cook until no longer pink inside, about 6 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, blue cheese, salt and garlic powder. Mix well. Fold in chicken.
Bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve with celery sticks.
