The perfect appetizer for your party!
1 puff pastry sheet
3 tbsp whole cranberry sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp orange zest
8 oz wheel of Brie
1 egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Unfold the pastry sheet and gently roll out any seams with a rolling pin.
Mix the cranberry sauce, honey and orange zest. Place in the middle of the pastry sheet.
Place the brie on top of the cranberry mixture.
Fold over the sides of the pastry sheet, removing any scraps, and seal with the egg.
Place the brie, seam side down, onto a baking sheet.
Brush with the egg and bake for 30 minutes.
Let sit for 30 minutes before serving.
