3 tbsp Smart Balance® Blended Butter Stick
3 tbsp dark brown sugar
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp cinnamon
4 bananas, cut in half and then sliced lengthwise
¼ cup dark rum
In a sauté pan, add the butter and brown sugar and cook over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Add the salt and cinnamon to the pan and stir.
Add the bananas to the pan and toss gently to coat them with the sauce.
Add the rum to the pan and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
Serve immediately over your favorite vanilla ice cream!
