16 oz 99% lean ground turkey
3 tbsp Smart Balance® Cooking Oil
1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 cup reduced-sodium marinara sauce
Smart Balance® Non-Stick Cooking Spray
4 slices (about 1 oz each) part-skim mozzarella cheese
4 whole wheat burger buns
Gently combine the ground turkey with oil and oregano, and form into 4 burger patties.
Heat the reduced-sodium marinara sauce. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
Cook the burgers 5 to 6 minutes; flip and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked through.
Top the burgers with cheese; when melted, place the burgers on the rolls and top with reduced-sodium marinara sauce.
