Want to eat better and serve up tasty meals for your family? Our 14-day food plan gets you off to a great start. We’re taking healthier eating to heart—your heart, that is. That’s why we’ve developed our 14-DAY FOOD PLAN, a quick-start companion to get you on your way to healthier eating and living better. You can mix and match, choosing any of the options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack for a total of about 1,900 calories. And rest assured the plan has been carefully crafted by a registered dietitian to ensure you’ll be getting the recommended daily nutrients.

The recipes are easy to prepare, too, with fast-fix tips and simple variations. For example, our Oregano-Balsamic Marinade doubles as a delicious salad dressing, and the Peanut Butter–Chocolate Buttons make yummy ice cream sandwiches. No deprivation here!
